Why Quorum?
After many years in Human Resource IT/IS, the founders observed a deficiency in many HR departments. Human Resource departments, especially through changes in growth or attrition cycles, displayed:
- little focus on customer service
- problems in accuracy of records
- undeveloped corporate policies & process tracking
- weak integrity & accountability due to missing metrics
In reaction to changes in their organizations, these departments set aside their manual and generally informal processes in favor of ‘fire fighting’ and ‘getting things done’.
While serving in organizations that were founding members of NAPBS, the founders continued to see gaps in accountability, accuracy, and integrity in the process of both hiring and termination of employees and contractors. In response to these and many more needs, Quorum Human Resource Solutions was born. In 2008, Quorum HRS creates solutions to restore integrity and sanity to the Human Resource process.
